Job Title: HR&Admin Manager

  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manager for running the overall HR management system and ensuring that there are sufficient resources of all and maintain the system;
  • Manage HRD/HRM/HR project follow company policies; Recruitment, Employee Relation and Performance management;
  • Implement and monitor Performance Management System and Goal Setting as well as Measurement tool and system;
  • Ensure that HR functions are well defined, documented, communicated and excuted across all;
  • Arrange Employee relation /Engagement activities to make and improve good relation with all employees;
  • Maintain company rule/ regulation and disciplinary action for employee;
  • Lead overall function of multi-scope of administration;
  • Handle daily office administration, including managing purchasing the office supplies;
  • Coordinate with concerned government department, Labor Department and others related government department and maintain Thai Labor Standard system follow company plan;
  • These responsibilities involve achieving the following tasks:
  • Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program;
  • Creating and revising job descriptions;
  • Conducting annual salary surveys;
  • Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget;
  • Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program;
  • Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures;
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures;
  • Performing benefits administration;
  • Maintaining affirmative action programs;
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads;
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling;
  • Overseeing exit interviews;
  • Maintaining department records and reports;
  • Participating in administrative staff meetings;
  • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts;
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures;

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร * Degree or Master Degree of HRM/HRD, Human Resource or related field

  • At least 6 years of experiences in HR, role in managerial level.
  • Effective communication both in written and spoken English and Computer Literacy
  • Good knowledge in HR & Thai Labour Law.
  • High inter-personal skills & Excellent.
  • Visa / Work Permit / Expat Management
  • Thai nationality
