Qualified applicants must have a High School diploma; Associates or Bachelors degrees preferred; prior experience as Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant preferred.

Be a friendly greeter to all customers and over the phone.
Answer all phone calls
Assist with monthly collections and handling money.
Write and send emails to families, instructors, and managers, keeping management aware of all customer service items.
Follow through on maintaining spreadsheets and on communicating front desk work to the manager and owners.
Assist with resolving customer services issues.
Some errand running as needed.
Inform manager of office supply needs
Assist with light cleaning duties to keep office, bathroom, and lobby spaces looking presentable.
Sales skills and ability to work with a wide range of customers.
Ability to stay on task and productive without direct supervision
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Ability to learn new software programs.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Must treat everyone equally with respect and dignity.
Must be able to sit and/ or stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Must be able to interact with people and technology while either standing or sitting.
In order to best service our customers, all employees must be able to communicate face-to-face and on the phone with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks such as typing.
