Accounting Manager: The City of Minden is currently seeking experienced, forward-thinking candidates for the position of Accounting Manager.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the general ledger and supervision of the accounting responsibilities including, but not limited to cash reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, billing and fixed assets. Working under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager directs and coordinates the accounting responsibilities of the team to quickly and accurately record the financial activities of the City of Minden.

The incumbent should be a highly motivated self-starter with supervisory experience and a minimum of 5 years of general ledger experience. Experience with fund accounting and municipalities preferred.
